Sheriff's Dept full team Sept 2024

Deputy Robert Corrado

Robert joined the Sheriff's Office May 12, 2023. Robert previously worked on the Front Range in corporate escalations, loss prevention, and internal fraud investigation.  He received the top academic honor from the Otero Law Enforcement Academy.

Undersheriff Abelardo Magana

Undersheriff Abe joined the Sheriff's Office September 1, 2024.

Admin Asst & Victim's Advocate Program Director Kelley Sullivan

Kelley joined the PCSO in 2018. She serves as the administrative assistant for the Sheriff’s Office and serves under Sheriff Beard.
Kelley also serves as the Director of the Victim’s Advocate Program serving both Phillips and Sedgwick Counties.

Sheriff Michael Beard

Sheriff Beard joined the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office in 2020 as the Undersheriff. He was appointed as Sheriff after the untimely death of Sheriff Thomas Elliott in February 2023. Prior to joining our team, Sheriff Beard served 11 years as a police officer with the Haxtun Police Department.

Deputy Jack Wieland

Deputy Wieland joined the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office in 2023.
