Colorado Child Care Assistance (CCCAP)

The Colorado Department of Early Childhood is the lead agency on the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP). The program provides child care assistance to low-income families that are working, searching for employment or are in training, and families that are enrolled in the Colorado Works program and need child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency.

The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program is administered through county departments of human services under the direction of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood. Counties set eligibility for families, but must serve families that have income of 130% or less of the federal poverty guideline and may not serve families that have income of over 85% of the State Median income.   Contact the Phillips County Department of Human Services at 970-854-2280 for assistance.

Visit the  COLORADO Department of Early Childhood  website for more information.
