Tuesday: Haxtun, by appointment only from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please call for an appointment.
Wednesday Morning: Breakfast with Veterans at Melissa Memorial Hospital Cafeteria, 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.
Wednesday: Phillips County Courthouse, 2nd floor, 12:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
Thursday: Haxtun, by appointment only from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please call for an appointment.
Please call if you need assistance or if Chris is not in his office, or leave a message on the whiteboard outside his office on the 2nd floor of the Phillips County Courthouse. His goal is to return phone calls and emails within 48 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
It is the duty of the Veterans' Service Officer to assist clients in understanding their rights and to assist the client to obtain benefits to which they are entitled by virtue of their service status or relationship to a veteran. While performing this assistance, the Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining client files in a confidential manner. The Office is also directed to cooperate with the Department of Veterans' Affairs, service organizations, and other agencies who deliver veteran benefits or assistance.
